  3. Intro video

    I need an intro video to see how this works. I'm visual and reading 8 paragraphs as soon as I create an account feels like a task that is easily schluffed off to "later"

  4. Reuse old entries

    Right there is no way to reuse old entries from a previous day. Neither "copy" nor "continue". Will it be useful?

    On the /track page we have added input history support. Now you can press the up or down keys on your keyboard and see the previously entered records, so you can quickly create a copy of it or a new similar entry with minimal changes or additions. This should make the entry process even easier :)

  5. create a widget to set the arrival & departure time & calc hours

    When you forget to add a task or can't because of no internet connection then it would be useful to put in the start & end times and add a time entry with adjusted retrospective hours.

    First of all i’d like to note that we are thinking about offline mode and will implement something helpful in the future :)

    Regarding your comment. At the moment you can type something like:

    “@project Do something from 8:30 am till 10:25 am” it will automatically create you rime entry:

    @project Do something with 1 h 55 min reported

    Is it something you were looking for? Let me know.

    I had no idea what you were looking for with "mention" when creating an organization.

  7. Allow issues to contain letters

    Many tracking systems have duplicate #s for different types of things, i.e. Rally has both DE for Defect and US for User Story. Also, some people work in multiple tracking systems. I would either use a character other than # for issues, so that I can match my tracking systems exactly, or at least allow letters in the issue as long as the first thing after the # is a number.

    I see a box where the logo should display, but no way to actually upload one.

  9. When adding a project explain what mention means more clearly.

    It was immediately obvious to me that the mention field related to the @ tag for projects in the time tracker.

    I created a project but then as the tag was the only uneditable field ended up deleting it and creating a new one with the correct tag name.

    A simple fix would be to give some additional information by the mention field to explain... ie use this for @yourprojectname tags, or something.

  10. Add tips and hints, more generally

    There are some buttons I don't know what is their purpose. Like the blue clock over my timer that I can enable or disable. The "getting started" part didn't help me for this.

    I think it would be great just to add a hint or tip onmouseover for me to know what is it purpose. (This joins my previous feedback where I said I couldn't understand some of the "create new project" part fields)

  11. Help for filling fields

    As usual, I skipped the "getting started" part. I didn't understand what "mention" was while creating a new project. Maybe if there was a field help or a placeholder it would help. Anyway, happily, the "getting started" part was there as a fallback and it really helped.

    Nice project, keep going. I'm really happy to be part of this alpha and to give you feedback.

  12. Lock time entries editing for members

    Admin can set up a time range - e.g. 2 weeks - after which regular members cannot modify their time entries
