The integration with Zendesk should work just like in Pivotal Tracker. The Pivotal Tracker integration is best in class and what makes it cool is being able to start and stop the timer from inside the Story. Likewise, on Zendesk, there is an "Apps" section and if someone like Freshbooks can create a component for that, then surely Everhour can do the same thing.
With this component, you should be able to start the timer from inside of the Zendesk ticket. When you do that, it should automatically link to the Ticket Number with a hash e.g. #12345
The killer feature would be to add the Organisation Name of the ticket as another tag in the entry with all spaces stripped out. e.g. #ClientName
Start and Stop with a simple button - just like the Pivotal Tracker integration - and it will be perfect.
Surely, proper integration with Zendesk is a major selling point because that product just keeps gaining market share.
