How can I invite members?

To add members,
  • go to Settings
  • click the name of the organization on the left panel
  • click Invite a New Member button.

The people you add will get email notifications with the account login & password.

If you want to add people to a project, 
  • go to Settings, 
  • select the one you need and click inline Gear icon
  • check necessary people from the list 
From now on, selected members are able to track time into the project
